Instructions:
- Pour couscous in a large bowl.
- Add 2 cups boiling water to couscous and soak for 20 minutes.
- Blend bell pepper, shallots, olives, chili (leave seeds for extra spice), orange, raisins, almonds, essential oils, sesame oil, and vinegar until smooth.
- Pour on top of cooked couscous.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
Tip: If you don’t have a fresh chili, a dash of chili spice will do the trick!
