Diffuser Bomb for Focus
Here’s an easy button for you when you need to get something into your diffusers fast to heighten focus. Make a diffuser bomb by adding a dropper lid (remove orifice reducer) to an empty, clean, essential oil bottle.
In the bottle combine:
- 10 drops Peppermint
- 15 drops Grapefruit
- 20 drops Black Pepper
- 20 drops Citrus Fresh
- 20 drops Surrender
To use:
- Gently roll bottle to combine essential oils.
- Add 8-10 drops to your diffuser when a little extra focus is needed to get the job done.
