- 16 oz water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 4 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 2 drops Cinnamon Bark Vitalityâ„¢
- 2 drops Ginger Vitalityâ„¢
- 4 scoops Vanilla Spice Protein Powder
